I have hired a developer to fix the issues with logging in, accessing the Passholder area, etc. I will post updates here as I receive them.

Hired a WordPress developer. He is doing the beginning work of backing up the site and running some preliminary tests.

Developer is troubleshooting by setting up a duplicate site where he can test for issues.
